On the road with Squiby Foods!
Since all our clients are located abroad, we are more than happy to go the extra mile and these trips really pay off for our customers. Together, we organize trade shows and visit hotels and restaurants. This is how we find added value, make improvements and grow together. Visiting our partners is really important for our partners and Squiby Foods. By sampling what these foreign markets have to offer, we are inspired to tailor our product range to every region and partner.
Our team travelled in January to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia Qatar, Vietnam and Cambodia.
Inge Segeren, our Asia specialist, visited Vietnam and Cambodia in January, where she met with various companies. Inge first went to see our partner Spry Asia (supplier to cruise liners). They talked about how to expand our partnership in the years to come. And with success! She visited Annam Gourmet and, during a field trip with the management, got to see their amazing stores. When she arrived in Cambodia, Inge met with Satha, owner of The First. She toured their new warehouse and spent some time with a few of their customers. The visit to Vietnam and Cambodia gave us new insights to their specific markets and we expect to deliver a positive contribution to the ambition of Squiby and their clients in this region.
